Manolis Alivizatos

I am an Electrical and Computer Engineer (NTUA ECE 2002) with more than 20 years of working experience in R&D and software development on various industries. I had the opportunity to fulfil multiple roles as Product/Software Engineer, Data Scientist and Development Lead of Innovative Solutions. The Defense Industry adopted patented results of my doctoral thesis (Data Fusion/Artificial Intelligence, NTUA Dr.Eng. 2005). A respective proposal was submitted for the development of one full scale operational system, supported by a prototype to increase awareness, under a roadmap of national-level deployment of Radar networks (2005-2009). Afterwards, I participated in multiple business ventures (2009-2014) where I managed the corporate entities (P&L responsibility), and I was responsible for the Digital Marketing/PR Strategy. In 2014, I started investigating business opportunities in Advanced Analytics and consulting tech companies on Data Management and Statistics/Machine Learning. Since then, I have been technically leading and managing the development of large-scale data-centric solutions on-premises and in the Cloud.
