JaVoxx becomes Devoxx
We regret to announce that BeJUG is forced again to rebrand the conference name because of trademark issue's filed by Sun Microsystems.
Sun
did offer a free license agreement for the usage of both JavaPolis and
JaVoxx, which we appreciated. However we prefer to remain an
independent European conference where great content, a democratic
entrance fee and a nice family like atmosphere are more important than
a 'restricted' Java branded conference name. Sun Microsystems will fully support Devoxx and again be present as a Premium partner. In addition Sun has committed to deliver a super cool JavaFX keynote... Devoxx Speakers

Call For Presentations
We've
automated the submission process for BOFs, Quickies and Tools in Action
presentations. So hurry up and submit your potential Devoxx
presentation online today.
Maybe
your talk could be even one of the few selected for the conference but
the number of those slots are limited and very exclusive... but hey you
never know!
Submit your talk before October 15th and we'll select the best content and notify you with more info.
