Abstract
This presentation by the creator and maintainer of JFreeChart will provide an overview of JFreeChart to any Java developer/architect that is looking to incorporate professional quality charts into a Java application (web or client). The talk will cover both the software and the project behind JFreeChart.

David Gilbert has been a Java developer since 1999, and a professional open source developer since the beginning of 2002. He is the author of JFreeChart, and has contributed to numerous free and open source projects including GNU Classpath, JFreeReport (now Pentaho Reporting), Mauve, OpenJDK and the Eastwood Chart Servlet. David's company (Object Refinery Limited) provides documentation, consulting and support services for JFreeChart.
