Control your dependencies
Abstract
Today java applications use dozens or hundreds of modules. Some tools like maven & Ivy make this manageable. But still controlling the growth of dependencies is a development activity.
This quickie will stress the importance of a tight control of your dependencies, and give tips on how to do that with ivy and maven.
