Three years retrospect of Scrum

Abstract

There is no better evidence that scrum works other than to hear an implementation story of a startup at the edge of the technology with the most demanding customers implementing scrum.
At GigaSpaces we've started to use scrum three years ago, and boy, we've learned a lot during this journey. It was not always rosy, but now that we have our customers as our partners and our partners are implementing scrum themselves I can safely say that it was worth the effort.
Valueing visibility, honesty and openees, Guy Nirpaz, head of GigaSpaces R&D will share his team's experience on their scrum implementation.
