Abstract
Spring Rich Client is an application framework to build Swing applications, powered by the Spring Framework. This talk is all about getting started with Spring Rich Client and discovering how you can fit it into your Swing development.

Lieven Doclo has been the project lead for Spring RCP since October 2008. He has worked with the Spring Rich Client framework for more than 2 years now and has 4 years of active Java development on his resumé. He's currently a Java Consultant at Jintec, a consultancy agency specialized in Java development.
Jan Hoskens was the former project lead for Spring RCP and was responsible for building the front-end framework at a Belgian printing company. He's been active for more than 3 years in the RCP ecosphere, and has more than 7 years of Java development on his resumé. He's currently a Java Consultant and Jintec, a consultancy agency specialized in Java development.
