Abstract

Fan is a statically type language, with ease of dynamic which run on the JVM and the CLR. Fan has a clean and simple syntax, with powerful features, that give developers high productivity with the advantages of static typing.

Speakers

Dror Bereznitsky is the director of technologies at AlphaCSP, the leading Java services company in Israel. He has more than ten years of experience in the IT industry and have been working for AlphaCSP since 2006. Prior to joining AlphaCSP he held various technical lead and management positions in the Israeli high-tech industry. In his current position he's responsible for leading the technological vision of the company. Dror is also an active member of the open source community leading and contributing to several projects such as fan4idea, Maven2 dependency analyzer and others.

Fred Simon is founder of AlphaCSP a pure Java service company in 1998, and founder of JFrog Ltd in 2008. His development experience goes back to 1992 around early Video encoding and server. He's a Java (SE and EE) architect and consultant since 1999.
