Davy has more then 8 years of professional experience. He has a broad knowledge and interests in technology, but also in leading teams and improving business processes. He started as a Java developer at ASQdotCOM, where he helped in setting up the Java software factory. During several large projects he built up his knowledge and experience not only on technology, but also on organisational level. In 2005 he joined Ordina Belgium and became Java Competence Leader. He started up discussion groups, organizing task forces for specific topics, workshops, seminars, etc... . One of the achievements of the competence center resulted in two successful and useful open source projects: Unitils and dbMaintain. At the moment he is active as enterprise architect and business analist at large and strategic projects. |
